Business consultations are similar to those for a home, but focus more heavily on the yang qi, or active principal, of the space.
Before a consultation
The client is asked to provide a scale floor plan of the business space. Birthdays of the people fulfilling the major business roles are also requested if possible. This will help with desk and office placement.
A history of the business space is also requested, including as much information as possible about year of tenancy, previous occupants and any major gutting of the space.
In the initial visit, I will sit with you to understand the activities that go on at the business, the roles of the departments, and the practical needs for the space. The energies that are appropriate for a head office are different from those for a retail outlet, and are different, again, from those for a medical space. The better an understanding I have of the activities you carry out in your space, the more tailored a recommendation I can make on the space use.
After the initial visit, a full written report is created examining each room. The report makes concrete suggestions on how to optimize the flow of beneficial energy for your business space.
When the report is ready, a second visit is arranged to go over the report with you, room by room, and answer any remaining questions.
As you implement the recommendations, additional visits can be arranged as required to verify their implementation.
